- Bookings: name, phone, email (optional), the address where you want the service, date and time, number of pieces of luggage and any notes you add.
- Contact messages: name, email, phone (optional) and your message.
- Newsletter: only your email address, the language of the website and the date you subscribed.
- Technical data: your IP address is used temporarily to prevent spam and abuse of the forms. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
2. How we use it
To confirm and carry out your appointment (we need your address to come to your door), to answer your messages by phone, email or WhatsApp and, only if you subscribed, to send you our newsletter. We do not sell or rent your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Where it is stored
Bookings, messages and subscriptions are stored in our own database on our own server. If email notifications are enabled, a copy of each booking or message is sent to our business mailbox.
4. How long we keep it
We keep bookings and messages while they are useful to provide and follow up the service and for our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete them. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
5. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to unsubscribe you from the newsletter, by writing to info@twistnwraptogo.com.
6. Links to other sites
Our website links to WhatsApp and Google Maps. Those links do not load content from those services on our site; if you follow them, their own privacy policies apply.
7. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
